Holiday Schedule & Order Delivery Update: Spring Festival 2026

February 7th to February 23rd, 2026. Operations and shipments will resume normally from February 24th onwards.
We are pleased to confirm that the majority of bulk custom OEM/ODM orders placed before early January have been completed and shipped as scheduled.
Regarding orders placed after January 10th, please note the following delivery schedule:
For New Custom OEM/ODM Projects: Orders requiring custom hardware development, firmware tailoring, or private labeling will be processed and enter production after the holiday period, following our return on February 24th.
For Standard, Non-Customized Orders: Orders for our standard smart lock and smart meter products can still be arranged for shipment before the holiday closure, subject to final confirmation with your sales manager. We advise finalizing these arrangements as soon as possible.
